Trade Lock is a trade name (DBA) of Ayse Yildirim, Sole Proprietor. These terms cover the Trade Lock iPhone app, the Trade Lock Momentum indicator, and the alerts service.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Trade Lock, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which govern your license to use the app.
2. What Trade Lock is
Trade Lock is a self-discipline tool that shields an app of your choice using Apple Screen Time and prompts you to declare a trading intent before unlocking it. Trade Lock does not place trades, connect to any brokerage, hold funds, or provide financial, investment, or tax advice. The "market bias" shown in the app is general commentary and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
3. No financial advice
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading involves risk of loss. Nothing in the app should be relied upon as advice.
4. Subscriptions
Trade Lock Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Trade Lock only on a device you own or control, and only to manage your own app usage.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Trade Lock is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayse Yildirim, Sole Proprietor, DBA Trade Lock, is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any failure of the blocking feature.
7. Trade Lock Momentum Alerts
Trade Lock Momentum Alerts is a text-message alert service sold as a monthly subscription billed through PayPal. After subscribing you enter your mobile number and consent on our website, and we send a text message each time the model's momentum reading changes state. The subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing us; alerts continue until the end of the period you have paid for, after which they stop. Replying STOP to any message stops messages immediately but does not cancel billing; cancel through PayPal or email us for that. Alerts are general market commentary, not a trading strategy or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and may be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons outside our control. Refunds: your first month is refundable in full on request within 30 days of your first payment; renewals are not refunded except as required by law.
8. SMS Terms
Program name: Trade Lock Momentum alerts, sent by Ayse Yildirim, Sole Proprietor, DBA Trade Lock. By opting in on our website you agree to receive automated market alert text messages from Trade Lock at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically 0–5 per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons outside our control, and you should not rely on them for time-sensitive decisions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
